The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and ramping up our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The IT department handles all matters related to information technology, including electronic data processing. Responsibilities range from IT infrastructure to digitization and operational use of electronic data processing across the organization.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities

• Assuming full responsibility for all IT products in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Sales
• Steering and coordinating activities to ensure implementation, operation, and support of IT products across these domains
• Planning and implementing the IT landscape for these areas
• Leading a diverse team of 20+ employees
• Defining and executing strategies for IT suppliers and partners
• Managing annual IT budget and portfolio planning in collaboration with business functions
• Forecasting and managing IT budgets throughout the fiscal year

What You Bring to the Team

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Sales, especially SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
• 5–8 years of experience leading teams and managing external service providers
• Proficiency in budget planning, forecasting, and financial oversight
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe
• Excellent team, intercultural, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
