YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for the HR department as well as professional and disciplinary management of the HR team
Sparring partner for the management team and the CEO in re-shaping the organization
Advising and supporting the Management Board with regards to planned and budgeted personnel/organisational development, monthly KPIs and labour law issues
Strategic mindset to balance people management with business goals, mediating effectively between them while actively contributing as a management board member
Management of the entire recruitment process as well as personnel requirements and development planning
Design, implementation and optimisation of HR processes along the employee life cycle
Responsibility for personnel development, in-house training and promotion of junior staff
Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements in collaboration with external lawyers
Further development of wage, salary and severance structures
Promoting the digitalisation and standardisation of HR processes
Close cooperation with the marketing department in the area of HR marketing
Supervision of occupational health and safety and management of work equipment
YOUR PROFILE
Degree with a focus on HR management, business law, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant experience in a senior HR position, ideally in a manufacturing company
Previous experience in transformation and restructuring
In-depth knowledge of labour law and personnel and organisational development
Experience in the strategic design and optimisation of HR processes and in change management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and adapt to change processes
Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanour at all hierarchical levels
Excellent problem-solving skills as well as resilience in handling challenging situations
Experience with HR software and digital HR tools
Business fluent in German and English
