Zusammenfassung

Ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen in der DIY-Branche sucht einen Head of HR (m/w/d), der die Verantwortung für die HR-Abteilung übernimmt. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie für die Gestaltung zentraler HR-Strukturen und Prozesse sowie für die Digitalisierung verantwortlich. Erforderlich sind mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer führenden HR-Position und ein Fokus auf HR-Management und Betriebswirtschaft.

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in einer führenden HR-Position, idealerweise in einem Fertigungsunternehmen.
  • Eingehendes Wissen im Arbeitsrecht und in der Personalentwicklung.
  • Berufliche Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die HR-Abteilung und das Management des HR-Teams.
  • Unterstützung des Managements bei der organisatorischen Entwicklung und Mitarbeitermanagement.
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus.

As part of the company's further development, as Head of HR (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to establish central HR structures and processes, strengthen recruiting and employer branding and actively drive forward the transformation of the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for the HR department as well as professional and disciplinary management of the HR team
  • Sparring partner for the management team and the CEO in re-shaping the organization
  • Advising and supporting the Management Board with regards to planned and budgeted personnel/organisational development, monthly KPIs and labour law issues
  • Strategic mindset to balance people management with business goals, mediating effectively between them while actively contributing as a management board member
  • Management of the entire recruitment process as well as personnel requirements and development planning
  • Design, implementation and optimisation of HR processes along the employee life cycle
  • Responsibility for personnel development, in-house training and promotion of junior staff
  • Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements in collaboration with external lawyers
  • Further development of wage, salary and severance structures
  • Promoting the digitalisation and standardisation of HR processes
  • Close cooperation with the marketing department in the area of HR marketing
  • Supervision of occupational health and safety and management of work equipment

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree with a focus on HR management, business law, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant experience in a senior HR position, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Previous experience in transformation and restructuring
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and personnel and organisational development
  • Experience in the strategic design and optimisation of HR processes and in change management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and adapt to change processes
  • Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanour at all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Experience with HR software and digital HR tools
  • Business fluent in German and English
