Our international and agile team seeks a motivated individual to lead our dedicated HR team as Head of HR (f/m/d). You will work in a young, dynamic environment passionate about people relations and organizational growth. Use your HR expertise to influence success across our business units and help shape a revolutionary space industry. Your Tasks

• Be the sparring partner for the board, providing guidance on performance management, staffing, organizational design, and change management aligned with company goals.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate business strategies into HR priorities.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, embodying RFA values and culture.
• Identify gaps in the current team and develop programs to build critical skills.
• Implement KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee recruitment processes within specific business units, attracting suitable candidates.
• Facilitate training sessions on conflict management, communication, leadership, and team dynamics.
• Maintain open communication and exemplify company values.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a technical or startup environment.
• Empathy and ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Knowledge of German labor law; knowledge of Swedish or Portuguese law is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to see the big picture and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strategic thinker with tactical implementation skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and loyalty.
