Head of HR (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to lead our dedicated and highly motivated HR-Team in the position as a Head of HR (f/m/d). Your Tasks

• Be the sparring partner for the board and provide direction in the areas of performance management, staffing, organizational design and organizational change in alignment with organizational objectives
• Interpret and advise on human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employment laws, standards and regulations are followed and applied
• Collaboration with business leaders to interpret business needs and translation of business strategies into people and organizational priorities
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and apply RFA values and culture
• Identification of gaps in the current team plan and programs to develop critical skills
• Implement successful KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and identify potential for improvement
• Be responsible for the recruiting process in a specific business unit and attract the right candidates to work with us
• Facilitate training on topics such as conflict management, communication, workplace civility, team dynamics, leadership, and/or foundational management practice
• Have an open ear for everybody and leave our company values as a role model

Your Qualificatons

• Bachelor or master study in human resources, business administration or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in human resources roles, ideally in a technical environment
• Empathy and demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with employees, supervision, and management
• You can proof knowledge of German labor law, Swedish or Portuguese labor law is a plus
• Ideally already experience in working in a startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with sensitive and confidential materials
• Highly-organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to keep the bigger picture and stay calm in stressful situations
• Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
• Ability to think strategically and implement ideas/programs tactically
• Strong communication skills, capacity for teamwork and loyalty
