Jobbeschreibung

  • Partner with business / functional stakeholders to identify and deliver HR solutions in European countries.
  • Support / work closely with Business Unit leaders in partnering with global stakeholders, within HR and beyond HR, to ensure that HQ direction is locally executed in alignment with Europe local leaders for the assigned function.
  • Develop plans & execute for successful leadership assimilation as well as transforming employee development experiences.
  • Design and improve HRBP service model and team, and build closer relationship with Staffing team and SSC team in the future.
  • Support change management, capability building and development activities for Global or European local HR key projects and the assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with Staffing team on campus hiring, professional hiring, internal referring, and overseas relocation cases.
  • Work with the Business Unit and else Support Function departments in establishing and managing headcounts / labor cost budgets and reporting.
  • Responsible for establishing HR policies and programs in assigned HR business / function.
  • Partner with the business in enhancing our company culture, values and expected behaviors
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any employee related issue. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas : career planning, performance management, coaching, HC & labor cost related data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
  • Ensure alignment of Global HR policies, tools and processes with necessary tailor-made in order to match with local regulatory request and business needs.
  • Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements.

Responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits

  • Provide Compensation and Benefits support on salary structure and benchmarking exercise, establish and maintain a competitive salary structure and policies.
  • Review, enhance or develop new and existing policies and incentive plan to support local talent’s retention program after aligning with business leaders and HQ C&B team.
  • Follow HQ payroll process to support monthly payroll operation and payment with payroll & benefit outsource vendor for local employees.
  • Support the Annual Merit Increase, Bonus, and Stock incentive program with HQ C&B team.

Responsibilities of Performance & Promotion Management

  • Manage the Annual Performance Review. Work with Business Units to ensure timely submissions including appropriate justifications for promotion recommendations.
  • Support the Managers in Performance Improvement Plan, provide support in staff exit when necessary
  • Coach and provide guidance to Managers on managing performance issues at all levels.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar discipline
  • At least 10 years as HRBP in a multinational environment preferably in Pharmaceutical, Life Science and / or Biotechnology industry.
  • Strong HR generalist experience in the areas of HRBP, HR operation, compensation & benefit, etc. is required
  • Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented with the ability to manage some operational areas if required on an ad-hoc basis
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
  • Excellent German and English communication skill.
