Your mission

As Head of HR, you will lead the strategic and operational functions of the HR department. Your role involves developing HR processes, implementing modern HR tools, and partnering with executive management on HR-related issues. You will utilize Personio as the central HRIS system.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Developing and executing the overall HR strategy and organizational structure
• Enhancing and digitalizing HR processes, including the use of Personio
• Managing recruiting efforts and employer branding initiatives across departments
• Recruiting flight crew and organizing assessment centers
• Fostering and maintaining a strong corporate culture
• Advising managers on labor law and strategic HR topics
• Overseeing personnel development, leadership development, and talent management
• Creating HR reports and KPIs to inform decision-making
• Ensuring HR compliance and data protection

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in establishing modern HR structures within a growing organization
• Proficiency with Personio or similar HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR controlling
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with strategic thinking
• Fluent in German (C2 level or native) and English (C1 or higher)
