Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante HR-Erfahrung, davon 2 Jahre in einer Führungsposition.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau moderner HR-Strukturen in einem wachsenden Unternehmen.
• Deutsch auf C2-Niveau oder als Muttersprache, Englisch auf C1-Niveau oder höher.

Head of HR (m/f/d)

As Head of HR, you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of the entire HR department. Your role includes developing HR processes, implementing modern HR tools, and acting as a sparring partner to the executive management on all HR-related matters. You will utilize Personio efficiently as the central HRIS tool.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Responsibility for the overall HR strategy and organization
2. Development and digitalization of HR processes (including Personio)
3. Recruiting and employer branding across various departments
4. Flight crew recruitment and assessment center organization
5. Building and maintaining a strong corporate culture
6. Advising and coaching managers on labor law and HR topics
7. Managing personnel development, leadership development, and talent management
8. Creating HR reports and KPIs for decision-making support
9. Ensuring HR compliance and data protection

Your profile

1. Completed degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
3. Experience in building modern HR structures in a growing company
4. Proficiency with Personio or similar HRIS systems
5. Solid knowledge of labor law and HR controlling
6. Strong communication, empathy, and assertiveness
7. Structured, solution-oriented work style with a strategic mindset
8. German at C2 level or native, English at C1 level or higher
