Qualifikationen

• 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle en achats, finance, ou gestion de projet.
• Connaissances des outils d'approvisionnement et projets de digitalisation.
• Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais; l'allemand est un plus.

The following challenges await you:

• In your role, you will lead a team of three professionals and be responsible for driving decisions and strategies, processes, analytics, digitalization efforts, training and sustainability within the Heraeus Group's global procurement organization.
• You will play a key role in identifying the digitalization potential in existing procurement processes, especially regarding use cases for artificial intelligence.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing a sustainability framework for the procurement organizations of the Heraeus Group.
• As a project management expert, you will lead global procurement projects and ensure their successful implementation.
• You will be instrumental in implementing and ensuring the requirements of upcoming international regulations in close cooperation with the Procurement peers in our Operating Companies.

Your Profile:

• University degree (diploma/master) in Business Administration or Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in purchasing, finance, consulting or project management, ideally with leadership experience in an international context
• Cutting-edge knowledge and experiences in projects, processes, tools and systems related to Procurement, Excellence and Digitalization Projects
• International (working) background is highly welcomed
• High persuasiveness and negotiation skills combined with a winning and enthusiastic personality promoting collaborative work
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, German is a plus but not required
