Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our top clients. We are seeking a Head of Growth (User Acquisition) to join one of our client teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within an innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership and Scaling: Manage paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks, expand to new channels, build scalable acquisition funnels, and optimize CAC and LTV through testing.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance with tools like Voluum and GA4, analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior, and develop reporting frameworks.
  • Creative & Funnel Optimization: Lead creative briefing, collaborate on landing pages, reduce creative fatigue, and negotiate with traffic sources.
  • Automation, Scaling Systems & Team Building: Automate processes, create SOPs, and hire/manage a performance marketing team.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Scale user base from 30M to 100M, optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Build a creative engine and systematize landing page production.
  • Identify and scale new paid traffic sources.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Run campaigns directly and build a team based on performance.

Requirements include 8+ years in growth marketing, proven campaign scaling, deep media buying knowledge, analytical skills, experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, creative strategy, direct-response marketing, and leadership experience. Bonus points for familiarity with compliance-sensitive traffic sources.
