About the role
The Head of Growth leads the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies to drive market share, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This position requires a strategic thinker who combines hands-on execution skills with expertiseacross performance marketing, social ads and media, App Marketing and CRO. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable growth initiatives.
What you'll do:
Growth Strategy & Execution
Design and execute a holistic growth strategy across paid, organic, CRM and conversion funnels to drive full-funnel growth
Identify new opportunities to scale performance channels, optimize budget allocation, and maximize ROI.
Own and drive A/B testing and data-backed decision-making for continuous improvement.
Establish and improve KPIs, dashboards, and growth models to track and optimize performance.
Leverage insights from Google Analytics, BI tools, and attribution modeling to track key metrics, measure campaign performance, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns for sustainable growth.
Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer journey and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with product and marketing teams to optimize user experience, website design, messaging, and other factors that impact conversion rates.
People Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead, mentor, and scale the growth marketing team with a focus on skill development and ownership.
Foster a test-and-learn culture, ensuring growth hypotheses are well-documented and systematically validated.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align growth efforts with overall business goals.
Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
What you bring:
Proven experience in a Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or senior performance marketing role in a scaling environment
Strong expertise in at least two of these areas: Paid Search, Paid Social, Social Media, Influencer Marketing or CRO
Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies with proven track record in high-impact growth initiatives
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
Experience in app marketing and social media platforms, particularly in campaign management and optimization
Background in growth modeling, budget forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, with focus on both technical and leadership skills
Expert knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies
Results-driven hands-on mentality with strategic vision in fast-paced environments
