We help e-commerce and DTC brands grow with paid ads. Media buying, creative strategy and creative production, plus the things around the ads that decide whether they work: landing pages, funnels, email, margins.
Results we’re proud of: we grew a DTC brand 7x within a year. We turned Meta ads into a channel that grew 10x for a brand that had spent more than five years trying to make it work.
We also build a lot of our own technology with AI: Ada, our AI media buyer, plus internal tooling and automations across the whole workflow.
The role
- This is a hands-on and technical role. You're not writing creative briefs. Your main question for every client is: what will really move the needle? To answer it, you understand the business behind the ads: the business model, the margins, the unit economics. Not clicks and ROAS alone: revenue, contribution margin, profit.
- You own a set of client accounts, you're on the weekly calls, and you're responsible for one thing above all: that our clients' revenue and profit go up. Every month has a plan, and you act on the gap between plan and reality before anyone has to ask.
- On each client you work with a team of a creative strategist, an account manager and a media buyer. You understand every part of their work well enough to steer it, challenge it and spot where it breaks. You look at the whole funnel, including landing pages and tracking, and you're technical enough to fix things yourself.
- This is not just a management role. Most of your time goes into the accounts themselves.
AI is core to this role
You create and train the AI agents that run much of our day-to-day work, and you keep making them better. If a task repeats, you turn it into an agent. You use AI every day for analysis, modeling and building. You have experience working with Claude Code/Codex.
What we're looking for
- A proven track record growing e-commerce brands at an agency or in-house, and you can show it in numbers (ideally, you also have some experience in SaaS)
- You understand business models and margins, and you're comfortable owning a client's numbers
- You understand creative strategy, account management and media buying well enough to lead people who do them
- Technical: landing pages, tracking, funnels. You build what you need. You’re familiar with the “standard” ecom stack of Shopify + Klaviyo + Meta + Google
- AI-native: you've built AI agents or automations, not just used ChatGPT
- Founders treat you as a sparring partner on more than ads
- You are a high agency person. You read this article (https://www.highagency.com/) and think: this is me!
- You tell clients what you really think. You push back. You say early when something isn't working and you make the case when a client needs more from us
- You can work without a manager and make your own plan for hitting the numbers
- English at a level you can lead client calls in. German is a real plus (many DACH clients)
- Nice to have: you've run your own company before
This is the wrong job for you if you'd rather manage people than do the work yourself, you need someone to structure your day, or you've only ever optimised inside an ad account without looking at the business behind it.
- Very competitive salary, including a performance bonus
- Learning budget, plus budget for tooling
- Fully remote within Europe
