Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the events office with up to ten staff and trainees
2. Budget and revenue responsibility for the department
3. Interface between clients, internal departments, and external service providers
4. Conduct event negotiations and price discussions
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers
6. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
7. Support customer service
8. General administrative tasks and office organization (schedule planning, correspondence, archiving)

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience with leadership responsibility
• Completed training or studies in hotel or event management
• Good IT skills (MS Office, booking software)
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Reliability and trustworthiness
• High social competence and teamwork skills
