Your contribution:
Responsible the development, implementation and monitoring of key compliance policies and controls
Provide strategic compliance advice and best practice on compliance to Policy Champions and Local Vantage Towers Markets
Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular reporting for key leadership team in line with agreed deadlines
Utilise advanced project management and organisation skills to direct complex, global compliance projects with multiple stakeholders. E.g. Culture measurement project, Compliance officer development program
Champion and enhance the Vantage Towers global “Doing what’s right” learning and awareness program for and to Vantage Towers’ purposes covering the key areas within its Code of Conduct
What makes you stand out:
Subject Education or university degree in a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Fluent English and German language skills, both verbally and in written
Exceptional people skills and the ability to strategically influence key stakeholders across business units, geographical and cultural lines to drive and sustain effective compliance programmes.
Proven capability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously at once across policy areas and markets
The ability to generate innovative ideas for continuous improvement in compliance while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in compliance testing
In-depth knowledge of Code of Conduct designs and the Compliance areas of Anti-bribery, Privacy, Sanctions, Trade controls, IT security, Information security, Culture, Training and Communications
