Your Tasks
  • Create and structure a high-performing and successful global organization to deliver HR & IT goals through end-to-end execution of HR Digital Strategy.
  • Manage and deliver ongoing portfolios to regions: Cloud Solutions, Data Analytics, and Planning.
  • Play a key role in improving digital maturity in HR.
  • Interfaces include: Global Data Protection | Compliance, Data Architecture, Job Architecture, Master Data, Access Management.
  • Establish appropriate governance on programs and services.
  • Handle budget planning, portfolio tracking, cost-saving ideas, and demand management.
  • Partner with service providers.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5-6 people.
  • Attract, coach, develop, and guide talents in digital transformation, service delivery, and projects.
Your Profile
  • University degree, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Extensive experience in HR digital transformation, focusing on end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex programs.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams and projects effectively.
  • Proven contribution to strategic initiatives, especially in global HR platform implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of Data Analytics and dashboard creation, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience on both company and consultancy sides is preferred.
  • Strong digital enthusiasm and experience with HR-relevant software.
  • Experience leading digital projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks and understanding SDLC.
  • Familiarity with AI and Generative AI, and their HR applications.
  • Experience integrating systems, APIs, and other technologies, especially with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and modules).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Aconso is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance, data protection, audit, and vendor services. Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

The position reports to the HR VP: CoE Digital Analytics and Transformation, Hamburg.
