Head (m/f/d) of Global Demand & Capacity Management

Tasks

• Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processes
• Development and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structure
• Continuous improvement of existing and implementation of new processes and tools
• Analysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide

Requirements

• Technical or business degree
• Profound experience in S&OP/demand planning in an international environment
• Leadership experience in supply chain positions at an industrial company
• Good digital knowhow and knowledge in data analytics
• Long-term experience with planning tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent English skills
• Trustworthy person living in Germany, Switzerland, or Romania
