Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Global Brand and Product Management (m/f/x) to lead our global brand strategy and product management at our headquarters in Nuremberg. You will develop and execute innovative, consumer-centric strategies to enhance growth and competitiveness, working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging market insights to build a strong product portfolio that aligns with consumer needs worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a consumer-centered, product-driven growth strategy (OGSM) for the STAEDTLER brand and portfolio.
  • Achieve sales and earnings targets through a three-year global product roadmap, in coordination with senior management.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
  • Design innovative, commercially successful products to expand the category and address gaps.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and models.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or related field.
  • Proven leadership in developing and implementing global brand and product strategies, ideally in consumer goods.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills with excellent execution ability.
  • Extensive experience in people management, team building, and fostering an innovative, trusting, and accountable culture.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
