Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Global Accounting & Financial Reporting team. The role involves overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards, and supporting various financial processes across international locations.

Responsibilities:

• Discipline and technical leadership of the accounting department
• Preparation of group financial statements in accordance with legal and corporate standards
• Monthly consolidation activities using LucaNet and SAP
• Support in treasury operations, cash forecasting, and corporate insurance management
• Conducting company valuations and addressing ad hoc accounting inquiries from management
• Financial support for other locations and involvement in special finance projects
• Administration of reporting software LucaNet and SAP

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within an international company or audit firm
• Excellent knowledge of HGB accounting standards, group accounting, and consolidation
• Proficiency with LucaNet and SAP software
• Strong communication skills, confident presence, and team-oriented approach
• Excellent English language skills
• Structured, hands-on, and analytical working style
