About the team
We are strengthening our team in FCT Controlling Transformation at our Friedrichshafen location. Our international team governs, coordinates, and conducts various tasks in the area of financial management reporting, strategic and operational business planning.

What you can look forward to as Head of Financial Management System (m/f/d):

• Manage the enhancement and adaptation of the Financial Management System (FMS) based on business requirements.
• Support projects regarding FMS requirements and ensure consistent development of FMS.
• Interface with Corporate Accounting / Treasury for all conceptual developments related to the financial steering system.
• Govern and develop the Financial Statement of FMS and manage the translation of the Financial Statement into processes, systems, and reporting.
• Govern and develop concepts and content of all relevant financial KPIs within the framework of FMS.
• Develop and prepare COIN training.
• Prepare and contribute to slide decks for committees (SB, BOM FEG, C-COM).
• Ensure audit-proof processes and documentation.

Your Profile as Head of Financial Management System (m/f/d):

• Completed degree in business administration/economics or a comparable university degree, with multiple years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in controlling, accounting, or corporate management.
• Experience in project management, persistence, and implementation orientation.
• Independent, systematic working style with strong analytical skills.
• High flexibility, reliability, and resilience.
• International and intercultural competence, with strong communication skills in an international environment (German/English).
