• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen, davon 5 Jahre in Führungsposition.
• Erfahrung in der Software- oder Dienstleistungsbranche ist bevorzugt.

As the Head of Finance at SAP Fioneer, you will be a key driver of our financial and accounting processes. You will oversee all financial functions, including bookkeeping, accounting, and tax. You will work directly with the CFO and collaborate closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support our global business growth and profitability. This high-impact role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, combined with a hands-on approach and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance function and manage a team of finance professionals.
2. Develop and implement global financial processes to facilitate business growth.
3. Oversee financial reporting for 21 entities across 17 countries, in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP.
4. Handle bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance.
5. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
8. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and identify risks and opportunities.
9. Potential to grow the team in the future, currently comprising over 30 professionals globally.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB (local GAAP).
3. Experience in the software or service industry is preferred.
4. Proven track record in driving financial strategy and performance.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
8. Fluency in English and German.
