We're looking for a seasoned Head of Finance to join our Italian subsidiary — someone who’s ready to take ownership of financial strategy, guide investment planning, and support key decisions with sharp financial insights. • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and investment for renewable energy projects
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting (Italian GAAP, IFRS) and manage cash flow, working capital, and project financing
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong governance and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and other departments
• Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations, including renewable energy incentives and tax laws
• Implement robust internal controls
• Assess the financial viability of new energy projects and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
• Provide insights on market trends, subsidies, and regulatory developments to support executive decision-making

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master’s in
  Energy Finance is a plus
• Must Have: Significant experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the energy,
  infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Must Have: Strong understanding of renewable energy project financing and corporate financial
  management and experience working within an international corporate structure
• Nive to Have: CPA, CFA, or similar financial certification
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, Italian GAAP (OIC), and tax regulations
• Experience with financial modeling, project financing, and M&A in the energy sector
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics 365) and financial reporting tools
• Your Skills: Communicative leader with the ability to balance international corporate policies and a focus on sustainability and innovation
