Your Role

As Head of Finance, you’ll take full ownership of our financial function, building and scaling core processes from the ground up. From treasury and FP&A to reporting and tax oversight, you'll shape our financial infrastructure and partner closely with leadership across the business.

You’ll manage and mentor a small team and collaborate cross-functionally with our Chief of Staff, M&A, and group companies. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic influence and hands-on execution. It is ideal for a finance leader ready to drive long-term success in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own finance strategy across the group, overseeing cash flow, risk management, working capital, and long-term planning.
• Set up and lead financial reporting systems and KPIs in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
• Drive FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Oversee accounting operations and lead a small team.
• Manage banking and treasury relationships, optimizing for scalability and resilience.
• Support tax compliance, working with external advisors and ensuring internal understanding of obligations.
• Be a strategic sparring partner to founders and functional leads, providing insight-driven support for key decisions.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years’ experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in startups, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record building finance functions in fast-paced, scaling companies.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, cash flow management, treasury, and risk strategy.
• Familiarity with accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Energy, curiosity, and the ambition to build from zero.
