Overview

Head of Finance GSA at L - founders of loyalty. We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead to join L, a dynamic, global scale-up. As Finance Lead, you are responsible for driving financial excellence, partnering with the business to support growth and innovation, and ensuring solid financial foundations across our global operations.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as a business partner to business owners, advising on financial performance, business cases, risk management and contractual financial parameters.
• Managing the overall financial performance, including actuals, forecasts, budgets, cash flow and payments, while optimizing net working capital and program margins.
• Ensuring accurate general ledger, sub-ledgers, local filings, month-end closings, invoicing and collections.
• Driving operational excellence by aligning operational and financial cycles and improving processes through automation and technology, including AI.
• Maintaining strong internal control processes and leading financial cycle improvements.
• Supporting data acquisition and presenting insights that guide decision-making across teams.
