We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head Finance for Global Consumer Healthcare (CHC) , who embodies the STADA culture and values. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across our global CHC segment. The ideal candidate will behave as enterprise leader with agile hands-on approach and demonstrate cultural sensitivity, thriving across diverse markets. The role reports into the EVP Global CHC.

What you can expect :

• Partner closely with regional and country CFOs and the FPA team supporting the entire organization reaching its financial goals. Identify key market drivers and leverage synergies to maximize opportunities and enhance financial maturity within the CHC organization.
• Oversee global CHC financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to drive revenue and profitability acceleration by initiating and supporting growth strategies across various regions. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Build and strengthen strong relationships with internal stakeholders beyond local and regional Finance teams —including country General Managers, Business Unit Heads, and cross-functional teams —to ensure alignment of financial strategy with overall business objectives.
• Come up with new business ideas and identify profitable growth initiatives, challenge existing ways of working which can help improving STADA CHC operations. Develop Business Cases to support STADA’s growth trajectory.

Who we are looking for :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business economics or accounting or equivalent combination of education and related experience. M. Sc. or MBA with emphasis in finance, accounting or management strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a mid to large corporation
• Advanced experience in commercial finance or financial planning and analysis roles
• Proven understanding of the consumer healthcare and / or FMCG industry and its financial dynamics, ideally working in a multinational or global company
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, including launching new products and entering new markets
• Strong ability to analyze financial data, discern key trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Experienced in developing and leading comprehensive financial strategies, including financial models and annual operating plans
• Recognized hands-on working style with a comfort in navigating complexity, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth
