Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial, administrative, and technological operations of our healthcare organization. This role oversees Controlling, Accounting, IT, and HR, with a key focus on driving post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives to ensure financial efficiency, cultural alignment, and operational excellence across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Controlling

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure cost control, profitability, and financial transparency.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Manage financial statements under IFRS/local GAAP.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee audits, tax, and treasury operations.

Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

  • Lead integration of Finance, IT, and HR post-acquisition.
  • Align systems, processes, and policies across entities.
  • Deliver synergies and efficiency improvements.

IT & Systems

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and data security.
  • Drive ERP and digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure systems scalability and process automation.

Human Resources

  • Lead HR strategy and operations.
  • Align talent, structure, and culture with business goals.
  • Support change management and workforce integration.

Leadership

  • Member of the executive team.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
