Your Role:

As Head of Finance, you will hold full financial responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. You will lead the finance team, oversee all relevant processes, and act as a strategic sparring partner to the management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop the finance team
• Take responsibility for accounting, controlling, liquidity management, and budget planning
• Further develop financial processes, structures, and reporting systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS where applicable)
• Collaborate closely with tax advisors, auditors, and banks
• Act as a business partner to executive management and other departments
• Support financing rounds, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in a project-oriented, consulting-related, or service-driven environment
• Knowledge or affinity with IT governance, IT project management, service management, or agile methods is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with modern finance tools
• Strong communication skills in German and English
