We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial finance leader to take over the finance function of a fast-growing group of companies focused on digital transformation, software, and technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and strategic accounting on entity and group level (HGB)
• Manage consolidation, liquidity planning, tax, treasury, and financial reporting
• Integrate new acquisitions into the group structure
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and other key functions (HR, IT, etc.)
• Develop the finance department (team leadership and finance IT tools)
• Act as sparring partner for the management of portfolio companies
• Play an active role in the planned exit process

Your Profile:

• Deep expertise in finance, accounting, consolidation, and financial planning
• Experience working with international group structures (DACH and offshore)
• Strong tax knowledge, ideally with background as CPA or certified accountant
• Experience with finance-related IT tools and systems
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, service-oriented approach
• Highly structured, self-motivated, and proactive
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to be on-site in Frankfurt regularly
• Ideally experienced in a private equity setting and/or agency/professional services environment
