Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
2. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
3. Manage the month-end financial accounts process, including the production of management accounts.
4. Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, cash flows, and profit & loss statements.
5. Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide insights to senior management.
6. Collaborate effectively with executive and senior leadership teams, as well as department leads, on financial matters.
7. Ensure timely execution and distribution of scheduled reports; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
8. Prepare, analyze, and present data using reports, charts, and diagrams; summarize findings clearly and creatively.
9. Contribute to fundraising activities as needed.

Your Profile

• Proven leadership skills in fast-paced organizations, ideally with startup experience.
• Extensive experience across all finance areas, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to support and develop others through coaching, training, and guidance.
• Competence in financial planning and budget preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent the company effectively in various internal and external settings.
• Experience with funding rounds is highly advantageous.
