Qualifikationen

Here you can shine
  • You lead the team and plan staff deployment.
  • You are responsible for planning and coordinating events such as conferences, meetings, incentives, and family celebrations.
  • You will be in direct contact with customers and guests before, during, and after events, coordinating accordingly.
  • You prepare offers and contracts, implement customer and guest requests in cooperation with operational departments, and ensure optimal use of the premises.
  • You serve as the on-site contact person for customers and guests and coordinate operations as needed.
  • After events, you are responsible for accurate invoicing, maintaining contact with customers and guests, and discussing potential follow-up events.
What sets you apart
  • Completed training in the hotel or event industry with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Organizational talent, creativity, and flexibility.
  • A positive charisma and strong communication skills.
  • An engaging and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with standard Office programs and ideally hotel management software.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
