About The Team

The Enterprise Strategy & Operations Team focuses on building, implementing, scaling, and optimizing partnerships with our largest restaurant and retail partners across 30+ countries to drive operational excellence and growth.

This role collaborates closely with:

  • Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships - Optimize organizational design to increase efficiency and mutual growth.
  • Retail Leadership, Enterprise Sales & Account Management - Develop sales processes, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Analytics - Build tools and capabilities for real-time visibility for leadership and partners.
  • Merchant Strategy & Operations – Drive merchant strategies, performance tracking, and go-to-market approaches.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You are a proven leader with experience building and managing high-growth teams.
  • You have a track record of scaling cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in fast-paced environments.
  • You are hands-on, comfortable building and testing, especially in undefined playbooks.
  • You can solve ambiguous problems using large data sets; basic SQL skills are a plus.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely in English, both written and verbal.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in strategy, technology, consulting, or business development.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree.
