Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced design leader to guide a 12-member design team in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

You will shape the technical development of sophisticated product solutions and drive customer-specific design projects through to production readiness.

Key requirements include leadership in manufacturing design, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and the ability to coordinate with Sales, R&D, Purchasing and Production while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of design experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Degree in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to lead a team with tact.

Requirements

• Several years of design experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least some leadership experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proficient with CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to lead a team with tact.
