You will apply FEM/CFD insights, support SAP workflows, and engage in D-FMEA/P-FMEA analyses with a cross-functional team to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expert in CAD-based design of bipolar plates.
• Substantial professional background in fuel cell stack development.

• Ability to understand and interpret results from FEM and CFD simulations.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the timely and successful creation and release of CAD drawings.

• Drive the technical development of fuel cell stack components, parts, jigs and tools.
• Define, cascade, and manage requirements for stack components, parts and for jigs and tools.
• Create advanced, parameterized CAD models adhering to relevant standards.
• Define and/or perform mechanical analyses (thermal, fluid, mechanical, electrical).
• Prepare and release manufacturing drawings and essential engineering documents.
• Support configuration management and SAP best practices maintenance.
• Actively participate in D-FMEAs and P-FMEAs.
