• Location : Berlin or travel in 1-2 times a month
• Salary : €100-130k
• Looking for Head of Engineering, and open to Principal / IC / Staff Engineers who have experience leading and looking to step up.

As Head of Engineering, you'll lead our engineering organization alongside other department heads. Reporting to the CEO, you'll shape our technical strategy, mentor your team, and actively contribute to product architecture.

Key responsibilities include :
