Tasks

As Head of E-Commerce (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of employees in the e-commerce department, including employee development and conducting feedback meetings
• Assignment and monitoring of areas of responsibility as well as prioritization of projects and tasks
• Implementation and further development of the global e-commerce strategy and conceptual optimization of e-commerce activities
• Optimization of key KPIs for e-commerce shops, such as through appropriate advertising measures, optimization of the customer journey, and implementation of new features
• Responsibility for various online shop projects and the associated sales performance
• Responsible interface for internal, external, and Porsche Group-wide communication, as well as close coordination with all internal departments involved
