Role OverviewAs Head of Distribution, you will shape and execute Numa’s distribution strategy across our portfolio, taking ownership of our digital presence and reputation across all booking channels. Leading a team of 10 and overseeing more than 100 properties, you will play a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring every Numa property is showcased with high-quality, accurate content and that all new listings go live flawlessly and on schedule. In addition, you’ll proactively identify and evaluate new distribution channels, leading to their successful launch to expand Numa’s reach. Managing and strengthening relationships with our distribution partners—including negotiating the best possible terms—will also be a critical part of your role.

ABOUT THE ROLEDistribution Strategy & Channel ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to maximise Numa’s visibility, conversion, and revenue across all OTAs and distribution channels.
Oversee the end-to-end process for launching, updating, and optimising property listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and speed to market.
Identify, evaluate, and operationalise new distribution channels, staying ahead of market trends and driving incremental revenue opportunities.
Own and nurture relationships with OTA partners, leading negotiations to secure optimal rates, visibility, and commercial terms for Numa.
Build a deep understanding of OTA conversion drivers through detailed analysis of data provided, as well as through running structured A/B tests.
Ensure Numa’s listings are visually compelling, accurate, and differentiated from competitors, with a focus on high-quality content and photography.
Oversee the creation and optimisation of listing content, collaborating with marketing, operations, and launch teams to maintain consistency and high standards.
Champion best practices in digital merchandising and property presentation, driving higher click-through and conversion rates.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on distribution, launches, connectivity, and listing excellence.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align distribution strategies with broader business goals.
Partner with the Product team to prioritise and optimise channel manager integrations and system enhancements.
Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation for ongoing editorial needs, special projects, and new market launches.
Define and monitor key performance metrics across all distribution platforms, proactively acting on insights to improve performance and output.
Use data-driven insights to refine distribution tactics, optimise channel mix, and drive measurable improvements in conversion and revenue.
Establish scalable, streamlined processes for listing launches and updates, reducing time-to-market for new properties.
7+ years of experience in distribution, channel management, or connectivity within the hospitality or travel industry, with proven leadership experience.
Deep understanding of OTA dynamics, channel management, and the technical aspects of connectivity (PMS, CRS, channel managers, content management platforms).
Demonstrated experience negotiating with OTAs and managing key commercial relationships.
Proven track record of improving OTA performance, optimising listings, and launching new distribution channels.
Strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable representing Numa externally and collaborating internally.
Passion for technology-driven hospitality and a drive to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams—creating a positive, high-performance culture and supporting the growth of direct reports. You have experience building cohesive, motivated teams, empowering individuals, and fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious goals.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
