Your responsibilities
  • Full ownership of sales targets and operational KPIs for Direct Sales in the German market
  • Leading three sales teams with approximately 25 sales professionals
  • Direct revenue responsibility for an annual order volume of around €180 million
  • Setting individual targets and coaching team members in line with corporate objectives
  • Operational responsibility for forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market analysis, and sales strategies
  • Hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and strategic relationship management
  • Identifying and implementing new sales approaches while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strategic planning with a long-term business focus
  • Removing operational obstacles to enable team success
Your profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within a technology-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of complex IT/telecom sales (e.g., Unified Communications, Networking, VOIP)
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex and distributed sales teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong forecasting, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Native-level German, fluent English (business/professional level)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
