- Monitor and apply emerging B2B digital and AI trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Take digital marketing to the next level and work with the team to implement new channels and ensure an omni-channel strategy.
Digital Execution & Performance
- Oversee performance marketing (PPC, retargeting, programmatic) to drive demand
- Lead website and SEO optimization to boost traffic, UX, and lead generation
- Enable data-driven decisions focused on conversion, ROI, and attribution
- Guide regional teams in localizing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency
Digital Infrastructure & Martech
- Own and optimize the digital marketing tech stack (CRM, CMS, MAP, analytics) in alignment with Group Performance & Transformation
- Collaborate with IT and partners to enhance website and digital touchpoints for usability and performance
- Monitor GDPR and data privacy compliance across all digital activities
Content & Engagement
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to shape a consistent digital narrative across platforms, overseeing web, blog, video, and social media content aligned with customer needs and journeys.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals at group level.
- Partner closely with global and regional marketing, product, CRM, data protection and sales teams to align digital marketing with commercial objectives.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and consultants effectively.
