The location is flexible between our Sandvik Coromant offices. You report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and will be a part of the functional leadership team.

Your mission

Your mission

You lead the strategic development and execution of global demand marketing initiatives. Your work drives customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact. You plan and optimize multi-channel marketing programs, manage lead generation and nurturing processes, and align closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure results.

Your focus ahead lies in
  • Developing and executing demand generation strategies across global, regional, and local markets to support business growth for both direct and indirect channels.
  • Owning the campaign roadmap and lifecycle planning for inbound and outbound programs.
  • Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
  • Managing lead capture, scoring, and nurturing to maximize conversion.
  • Using data and analytics to evaluate performance and optimize ROI.

You also define and monitor KPIs like Customer Lifecycle Value, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. You lead a global organization of talents and also manages cross-functional teams of campaign managers, digital marketing specialists, analysts, and content creators, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration is key – you partner with stakeholders across product and solutions management, sales, brand, and digital transformation.

Your profile

You bring extensive experience of leadership at a managerial or executive level. A solid background in creative leadership, digital marketing, and performance analytics enables you to guide teams and shape impactful strategies. You have a test, learn and scale mentality, combined with the ability to capture new emerging growth opportunities. Translating business goals into actionable campaign plans comes naturally, and you’re confident navigating matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
