Your tasks will include the following activities:

• Leading the data compliance department
• Responsible for Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence compliance, its continuous development and improvement for all Regions
• Ensuring provision of high-quality advice and support on data compliance
• Drafting, implementing, managing, and continuously improving policies, manuals, standards, and processes related to data compliance
• Supervising data compliance investigations, tracking incidents and breaches, and ensuring the rights of data subjects in accordance with national and international laws
• Developing a data compliance strategy aligned with the Compliance Department strategy and Compliance Management System, and implementing initiatives for KPI development and overall compliance goals
• Creating and continuously improving a comprehensive data compliance program considering all relevant jurisdictions and regulations to enable consistent and effective data practices, minimizing risks associated with Artificial Intelligence and international data processing/transfer/use across all media types
• Implementing and enhancing data compliance governance and coordinating related services, strategies, and initiatives
• Advancing digitalization of data compliance and fostering innovation through a global digital data compliance management system
• Driving and improving data compliance risk assessment, mitigation, and remediation processes
• Representing the company and establishing trustful relationships with government bodies such as data protection authorities, prosecutors, and regulators

Qualifications

• Academic Degree in Law
• Professional experience in data privacy and artificial intelligence
• Project management experience in an international context
• Proficiency with MS Office software
• Business fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality
• Intercultural competence
• Passion for project management processes and systems
• Willingness to travel
