• Lead the data compliance department
• Ensure Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence compliance, continuously developing and improving policies across all regions
• Provide high-quality advice and support on data compliance matters
• Draft, implement, manage, and improve policies, manuals, standards, and processes related to data compliance
• Supervise investigations into data compliance issues, track incidents and breaches, and ensure data subjects' rights are protected according to laws
• Develop and implement a data compliance strategy aligned with the Compliance Department's overall strategy and management system; set KPIs and goals
• Create a comprehensive data compliance program considering all relevant jurisdictions and regulations to minimize risks associated with AI and data processing/transfers across media
• Implement and improve data compliance governance, coordinating services, strategies, and initiatives
• Enhance digitalization of data compliance processes and foster innovation through a global digital management system
• Drive and improve risk assessment, mitigation, and remediation strategies
• Represent the company in dealings with government bodies, data protection authorities, prosecutors, and regulators

Qualifications:

• Academic Degree in Law
• Professional experience in data privacy and artificial intelligence
• Project management experience in an international context
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Intercultural competence
• Passion for project management systems and processes
• Willingness to travel
