Role Overview

We seek a hands-on data leader to influence strategic planning, solve business questions, and analyze customer and product usage patterns.

This role involves assessing opportunities, prioritizing projects, championing data quality, and overseeing the development of our data warehouse and BI tools, along with KPI development and deep analysis. The role will support all departments by identifying data needs and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

The person will collaborate closely with the Executive Team, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments. Reporting to the CFO, the role is remote with regular visits to Switzerland.

Where you will make a difference

• Develop data strategy, KPIs, and promote a data-centric culture
• Build and implement the data warehouse, ensuring data quality best practices
• Partner strategically with teams to identify and address data needs, uncovering impactful insights
• Translate stakeholder data needs into analyses and data products
• Collaborate to improve data quality and usability organization-wide
• Communicate complex insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Hire and lead a small team of data professionals to execute the strategy

Who you are

• 7+ years of analytics experience, including building data infrastructure; management experience is a plus
• Proven as a strategic partner across functions, driving insights that influence decisions
• Culturally aware, experienced working in diverse, global environments
• Strong technical skills: SQL and Python
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools; Snowflake and PowerBI are a plus
• Able to prioritize and gain buy-in for high-impact projects
• Skilled in fostering a data-driven mindset and collaboration across teams
• Excellent partnership, communication, and analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Experience with subscription models and enterprise sales is advantageous
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
