Are you ready to lead and shape the cybersecurity strategy of one of the most innovative fintech companies in the industry?

We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech firm that's redefining how people manage and move money. As they scale, they are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to take ownership of their security architecture, incident response, governance, and regulatory compliance across all digital platforms.

About the Role

As Head of Cybersecurity, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams. Your mission : to protect customer data, uphold trust, and ensure security is embedded at every layer of the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide cybersecurity strategy
• Lead threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Implement security controls across infrastructure, applications, and APIs
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
• Build and scale the internal security team and partner with third-party vendors
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all things security with the board, regulators, and partners

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with at least 2 in fintech or regulated environments
• Deep technical knowledge across cloud (AWS / GCP), app security, and DevSecOps
• Experience building secure systems at scale and managing high-impact incidents
• Strong understanding of global financial compliance standards and risk frameworks
• Leadership experience — you're comfortable managing teams and influencing execs
