What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop our support team – both technically and personally – and take on team leadership responsibilities.
  • Act as a key contact for all things IT infrastructure, operations, cloud, and automation.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and ScriptRunner – for both customer projects and internal environments.
  • Tackle complex support cases with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Take a proactive approach to engaging with our customers: understand how they’re using ScriptRunner, what they’re planning, and where we can support them even better. Be a sparring partner, idea generator, and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams and contribute to product communication – e.g., through blog posts or knowledge base content.
  • Represent ScriptRunner in the IT Pro community with expertise and enthusiasm.
You Have
  • Experience in system administration or technical customer support – ideally with some leadership experience.
  • Strong PowerShell skills and a track record of implementing automation solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft services, Azure AD, virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Analytical thinking, structured work style, and clear documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
