Your tasks
- Management and further development of a team of 5 employees in the areas of customer marketing, sales promotion and training
- Conception and implementation of sales-supporting measures and activities for the product portfolio in the various sales channels
- Budget responsibility for your area: planning, allocation, monitoring and control
- Market analyses to derive target-oriented measures and translate brand messages into convincing sales arguments
- Increasing the recommendation rate by pharmaceutical specialists
- Responsibility for training measures and training on the company's brand portfolio, including the management of an internal online learning platform
- Co-designing sales visits for the sales force in close coordination with product management and sales
- Monitoring the success of implemented measures
- Contract management with agencies and external service providers
- Presentation at specialist congresses and participation in important customer meetings
Your profile
- Completed studies in economics (diploma / master's degree) or a comparable qualification
- Proven leadership experience in the management of teams
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing related to the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical market
- Strong presentation skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Structured and independent way of working
- Fluency in German and English
