Your mission

As the Head of Creator & Community, you will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing the global community of designers and creators who upload footwear designs to our platform. You will develop strategies to attract, engage, and support designers and creators through educational programs, community initiatives, and partnership opportunities. This role requires a visionary leader who understands digital marketplaces, creator ecosystems, and the future of footwear design, creation and commerce.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Creator Acquisition & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to attract independent designers to the platform and ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

• Educational Initiatives: Design and oversee Masterclasses, workshops, and webinars to help creators refine their skills, optimize their designs for 3D printing, and understand market trends.

• Community Building: Foster a strong, engaged community through newsletters, social media, and exclusive networking events.

• Platform Support & Growth: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the creator experience, ensuring smooth onboarding, intuitive design tools, and overall marketplace efficiency.

• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with influential designers, design schools, and creative institutions to expand Zellerfeld’s creator ecosystem.

• Performance Analytics: Monitor creator success metrics, engagement levels, and sales performance to optimize strategies and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in design, 3D printing, and digital creator economies, positioning Zellerfeld as a leading platform for innovative footwear design.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a creator-facing role, community management, or marketplace growth (e.g., in fashion, footwear, design, or tech-driven industries).

• Strong understanding of design communities, digital marketplaces, and creator-driven business models.

• Experience developing and executing educational initiatives such as Masterclasses, webinars, or mentorship programs.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and inspire a creative audience.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting to track creator engagement and success.

• Passion for design, innovation, and emerging technologies, especially within footwear and 3D printing.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and external partners.
