Job Description:

• Active steering of the plant in regards to the fulfilment of commercial targets, reporting directly to the Plant Manager / General Manager for the Saarbrücken location.
• Member of the plant management team with strong involvement in negotiations with the workers' council.
• Execute Performance Controlling according to the Governance steering concept Div. E.
• Support cost analysis and optimization to enable product-project based controlling.
• Responsible for Forecasting, Monthly Closing, and Year-End Closing.
• Strategic and operational planning of the Saarbrücken plant.
• Master's Degree in Controlling, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of controlling or finance experience, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Experience with ERP systems & applications (SAP FI/CO expertise), digitalization tools, and solid PC skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex business issues clearly in German and English.
