Our team includes former strategy consultants, e-commerce and marketing experts, and experienced consumer goods specialists.

Your Mission as Head of E-Commerce Content Marketing
  1. Content Strategy & Vision: Develop the content roadmap for all Amazon touchpoints—data-driven, creative, SEO-optimized.
  2. Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of copywriters and designers.
  3. Creative Excellence: Ensure every image, text, and video boosts conversions and aligns with brand style.
  4. Process Optimization & Project Ownership: Identify efficiency gains, standardize workflows, and initiate new content projects.
  5. Innovation & AI: Promote the use of AI and automation tools to enhance speed and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in content or e-commerce marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Degree or training in graphic or communication design or a similar creative field.
  • Proven success in building and expanding content teams.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon content & SEO (product images, A+ Content, Brand Store, listing optimization).
  • Creative thinker and strategic planner—able to interpret data into compelling stories.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and common project management tools.
  • Passionate about new technologies (e.g., generative AI) and eager to apply them hands-on.
