As the Head of Content Creation & Campaigns (f/m/d)*, you will take on strategic responsibility for the development and execution of our global content and campaign strategy. In this role, you will shape brand-defining content and emotional campaigns at a strategic level that engage and inspire our global audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic responsibility for shaping and executing our global content and campaign strategy for online and offline channels.
  • Lead marketing project managers and content and production teams to create impactful storytelling across all channels.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, creative execution, and content innovation across our international network.
  • Collaborate with key markets and external partners to ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and optimize content processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in content strategy and campaign management, ideally in a creative agency or luxury brand.
  • Senior leadership experience managing interdisciplinary teams through complex projects.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and brand-driven content.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and ensuring effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
