Balfour Beatty's Highways division seeks a driven leader to oversee multi-project construction delivery, embedding a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will drive strategy, manage budgets and senior stakeholders, and promote inclusion across teams and partner organisations while enabling smart working and regional travel.

This senior role offers the chance to shape major infrastructure programmes and deliver lasting value to communities.

Who we’re looking for

About you

• Significant experience leading large-scale construction delivery, ideally within water, utilities or wider infrastructure environments
• A strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering processes and project planning
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and senior stakeholder relationships
• A forward-thinking mindset, open to innovation, collaboration and change
• A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally
