Zusammenfassung

Balfour Beatty is seeking a planning professional to lead programme management on major projects in Germany, coordinating contractor and design interfaces. You will use Primavera P6 and MS Office to deliver accurate progress updates and robust baselines.

Strong experience in gated design/assurance processes and NEC contract management is essential, with at least 3 years in design/assurance environments. Hybrid working and diverse benefits are on offer.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering qualification and relevant planning/assurance experience.
• Advanced Primavera user with 3+ years of hands-on scheduling experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project controls tools.
• Understanding gated design/assurance processes: GRIP, RIBA Planning.

Aufgaben

• Provide weekly/monthly programme updates and reporting.
• Manage Contractor and Subcontract programmes and interfaces.
• Prepare and submit documents and reports for stakeholders.
• Analyse labour resources and histograms; optimise resources.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and re‑programming needs during construction.
• Prepare compensation events programmes and narrative.
• Attend and lead package review meetings as required.
• Produce and present progress reports for programme submissions.
• Assist procurement planning with design requirements.
